Introducing the PRODUCING Workshop…
Producing. Where does one start? What exactly does the job entail? What does 'good' producing look like? In this one-off 5-hour workshop presented as part of the Old Fitz Theatre's New Works Festival, we hope to demystify the work of producers and answer these very questions and more. Led by the remarkably impressive and highly experienced Leila Enright, this session is designed for emerging and established producers alike - be it a crash-course or a refresher.

Introducing the Affordable Headshots!…
This October the Old Fitz Theatre is supporting our vibrant arts/culture sector with 2 days of affordable headshot sessions for artists, doubling as an integral fundraiser for the Fitz’s 2025 operations! Across 12 hours the OFT will offer 34x 20-minute sessions in which artists will be photographed by Patrick Phillips in a studio set-up in the theatre. Sessions are priced at just $33 for students, $55 full price.

Introducing the Panels…
Join us at the Old Fitz Theatre on Friday 27 September and/or Friday 18 October for free one-hour panel events designed to unpack the artforms of PRODUCING and PLAYWRITING. This is an opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced Australian producers & playwrights with a wide range of experience, a chance to ask your burning questions, and be a part of an open conversation that hopes to make this industry more accessible and transparent for all.
Doors will open at 3.15pm for a 3.30pm start. These events will run for one hour, concluding at 4.30pm.
