SUPPORT THE FITZ THIS END OF YEAR
This festive season, give the gift of fostering community and belonging through courageous, excellent theatre.
Our 2024 vision was clear: to activate this historic space as a thriving, accessible cultural hub and curate a program that revitalises artists and audiences, while building on the theatre’s rich legacy.
We designed a program that maximised access and opportunity for artists. Often presenting two productions per night, 2024 saw 33 distinct productions, showcasing >787 artists and welcoming 17,000+ audience members.
With seven sell-out shows and 78% of productions receiving 4-stars or above from critics, the Old Fitz Theatre has retained its reputation for presenting world-class Australian theatre, while also ensuring that it represents and attracts broad and inclusive communities.
As Sydney’s smallest theatre, we can’t survive on Box Office alone. We rely on you - our community - to remain the proudly independent home of world-class, transportive, and intimate theatre.
Be a part of the next chapter of Australia’s only remaining pub theatre, and ensure that the Old Fitz remains a cornerstone of excellence, creativity and engagement in 2025.
Make a bigger impact through Club 55
Club 55 is the Old Fitz Theatre's brand new intimate and exclusive group of 55 members who are recognised through a dedicated seat in our theatre. This will be represented through calligraphy of the patron’s name (or foundation, person, or business of their choice) on the floor of their seat, which will remain in place while their Club 55 membership is active - which is just one of the many Club 55 membership perks!
